There's a story my parents use to tell me about a wealthy man who had to watch his own company burn to the ground. Don't worry, it's actually good news, at least according to that man Why? Well because now he has a blank canvas and a hell of a lot of practice beforehand so he can create something even better. Quite a story to tell a kid isn't it. This story doesn't have a moral incase you were looking for one, because it's a mindset. It's something I try to live by. When someone's truly dedicated to the process, they understand that failures and obstacles are but a part of becoming better.
